1. Paid Subscriptions & Payment
Access to professional-grade signals and watchlists requires a paid subscription.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Cancellations: You can cancel at any time through your account portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
2. Risk Warning & Performance
- Past performance of MACD or RSI configurations does not guarantee future returns.
- Indicators can fail during high volatility or low liquidity events.
- Technical delays in data feeds from exchanges may result in delayed signals.
3. Intellectual Property
The proprietary logic, software, and dashboard designs of MACD-RSI.com are owned by 4Productions Limited. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell signals to third parties without explicit written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
4Productions Limited shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or missed opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our indicators.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
